This years annual general meeting will take place digitally on discord with zoom as a back up if every thing goes wrong.

This will be a chance to discuss up coming events for the year and anything you might want to think about for 2026. We will also hold our yearly election of officers, etc.

You can begin a discord account here https://discord.com/ and feel free to friend me to get an invite to our Hopologia Server. I am aurorasimmons there. When the event goes live you will see the open video channel under “voice channel” -General- at the bottom left of the navigation column. And then hit “ Join voice” and you will be able to decide whether or not to show video. also at the bottom left.

The meeting will run from 11 - 1 EST
